Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Supports test equipment throughout the lifecycle of test stations from requirements to certification.

• Supports test set hardware including reading drawings and schematics, performing hardware and cable inspections, executing calibration and metrology reviews and approvals, data integrity checks, logbook creation, and safety checks.

• Reviews test documentation and drives program non-conformance burndown.

• Witnesses verification and validation of test equipment including hardware-in-the-loop systems.

• Defines and executes audit strategies to ensure compliance with software and system processes.

• Performs requirements analysis, design reviews, product integration, and verification and validation including certification of hardware and software test systems.

• Reads, interprets, and troubleshoots LabVIEW and TestStand and C or C++ test code to verify software implementations satisfy system requirements.

• Executes calibration reviews for test set hardware.

• Performs hardware inspections including cable inspections.

• Uses Microsoft Office for test documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.

• Experience in requirements analysis, design reviews, product integration, and verification and validation including certification of hardware and software test systems.

• Demonstrated experience with test equipment and test set hardware including reading schematics, performing hardware inspections, and executing calibration reviews.

• Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot LabVIEW or TestStand and C or C++ test code to verify software implementations satisfy system requirements.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access for test documentation and reporting.

• Preferred: Certified Software Quality Engineer (ASQ CSQE).

• Preferred: In-depth expertise with National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand environments beyond basic code interpretation.
