Responsibilities
Developa deepexpertisein Land.com products, pricing, and competitive offerings to clearly differentiate value and win competitive deals.
Own and execute a territory business plan with clear revenue targets, driving consistent growth from both existing customers and new logo acquisition.
Build, expand, andleveragestrong relationships withour client base through consultative selling.
Drive customer retention by delivering strong onboarding, training, and ongoing account optimization and servicing meetings.
Maintain a robust andaccuratesales pipeline by tracking activity metrics, forecasting monthly revenue, and executing against defined KPIs.
Travel up to 40% overnight within an assigned geographic territory.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
A track recordof commitment to prior employers.
4+years of successful sales experience managing a territory preferably in abusiness-to-businessenvironment.
A strong record of providing outstanding customer service in prior roles.
Success in developing new business relationships and managing existing clientbase.
Candidates mustpossessa current and valid driver’s license.
Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CoPilot).
