We’re looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who understands that the schedule is not passive, it is actively managed, controlled, and optimized every day.
In this role, you will:

You focus on mastering scheduling efficiency, phone handling, and patient coordination.

You begin improving scheduling systems, increasing production efficiency, and supporting lead conversion.

You step into a senior scheduling or operations support role with expanded responsibility and growth potential.
