Nexus Children’s Hospital – Houston provides structured inpatient care for children ages 4 to 18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD). Located in Houston’s Westchase District, our bright, home-like environment offers a safe and supportive setting where children can grow, stabilize, and build the skills needed for success.

  • Follow Nexus policies, HIPAA standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Support patient safety initiatives and quality improvement activities
  • Promote a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for all patients

  • Associate Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience with pediatric, behavioral health, developmental disabilities, or inpatient care preferred
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
  • Comfort working in a structured behavioral environment
