Join 696 CARS LLC as a GREETER, where you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers! This exciting role offers you the opportunity to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Work schedule would be Friday and Saturday 10-7 and Sunday 11-5

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership / offering refreshments
- Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized area.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Provide information and show/demonstrate vehicles to customer
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback promptly
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Posting and managing inventory (taking pics of autos)
- Print out customers paperwork, explain each form, make sure customer signs all forms correctly
- Transport vehicles to and from auction from time to time
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a valid Florida drivers license
- Must have transportation to and from work
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and phone systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
