We are a caregiver‑focused agency that prioritizes flexibility, respect, and real support. When you join our team, you can expect:
Competitive pay: $20–$23/hr
Higher pay for 1‑hour shifts
Time‑and‑a‑half for overtime and 7 holidays
Paid sick time & PTO (after 90 days)
Paid travel time
100% mileage reimbursement ($0.70/mile)
100% reimbursement for client parking

We offer a variety of shift lengths to fit your lifestyle:
12‑hour shifts
8‑hour shifts
4‑hour shifts
1‑hour premium shifts
Daytime & weekend availability needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Offer medication reminders
Provide transportation to appointments and errands
Maintain strong communication with clients, families, and the office
Deliver reliable, professional, and compassionate care
Valid WA State CNA, HCA, or NAR certification
NARs must be enrolled in CNA/HCA training
1 year of caregiving experience preferred
CPR/First Aid (within 30 days of hire)
Food Handler Card (within 30 days of hire)
Driver’s license & auto insurance preferred
