Description: -Integrate advanced hardware components - including Single Board Computers (SBCs), FPGAs, and GPUs - into system chassis in accordance with design documentation-Work alongside engineers across disciplines to support full lifecycle system integration efforts We welcome candidates with any combination of the following skills and experiences:-Problem Solving: Ability to independently isolate, diagnose, and resolve complex hardware, software, or firmware issues-Test Development: Experience writing and executing detailed test procedures to validate system hardware and software against functional and performance requirements-Test Automation: Familiarity with automated test scripting-OpenVPX: Hands-on experience configuring OpenVPX chassis and cards-Network Analysis: Proficiency with network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark-Virtualization: Experience with virtual environments including VMware and Linux-based virtual devices-CMOSS/SOSA: Familiarity with CMOSS and/or SOSA standards is a plus What sets you apart:-Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools-Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions-Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success-Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions-Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others-Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
