Parklands Care Center is actively hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Gainesville. We’re looking for a driven, compassionate clinician who wants to make a meaningful difference while building a long-term career.

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services
Improve residents’ ability to perform daily living activities
Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams to optimize care
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required)
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Passion for working with geriatric and rehab populations
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or rehab experience
Familiarity with EMR documentation systems
Job Type: Full-Time or PRN
Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexibility available)
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehabilitation
Location: Gainesville, FL (on-site)
