Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a BSA Investigator to join their team. As a BSA Investigator, you will be part of the Compliance Department supporting the BSA/AML team. The ideal candidate will have strong investigative skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$48/hr w2 *NO C2C or sponsorship available*
What's the Job?
- Conduct in-depth investigations of alerts and cases escalated for second-level review of suspicious activity monitoring (SAM) work items.
- Draft and review Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) filed with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).
- Perform targeted account reviews on high-risk members to assess transaction activity and risk levels.
- Research and process 314(a) files, ensuring timely reporting of positive matches to FinCEN.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other financial institutions on information sharing requests and regulatory examinations.
What's Needed?
- AML / BSA Investigative Experience, including transaction monitoring investigations and second-level review experience.
- Hands-on experience with FCRM or similar AML platform for alert review and case management.
- 2–3 years of widget experience, actively working transaction-monitoring alerts.
- Familiarity with AML regulations, SAR workflows, and escalation procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
