Job DescriptionCredentials Coordinator. Day Shift - 7:30-4, or 8-4:30 M-F ONSITE, preferably local. In the north building at White Memorial LA, first floor. Minimum of 3 years experience in medical staff in an acute care/hospital setting. Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required. Please submit with Start date, RTO, SSN, DOB, and Address.
