Caruso Ford Lincoln is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Mobile Service Coordinator to oversee three key areas of our Service Department: the rental/loaner vehicle fleet, the Pickup & Delivery service, and the Mobile Service van program.
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maximizing vehicle utilization, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys managing logistics, coordinating teams, and continuously improving processes.
Compensation:$25 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:Rental/Loaner Car Fleet Management
- Manage the daily scheduling, assignment, and tracking of all loaner and rental vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance needs
- Ensure all loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers
- Monitor fleet utilization and recommend adjustments to improve availability
Pickup & Delivery Service Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the Pickup & Delivery driver team
- Create and manage efficient routes and schedules for customer vehicle pickups and deliveries
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers using the Pickup & Delivery service
- Ensure drivers follow all safety and dealership policies
Mobile Service Van Management
- Coordinate the daily schedules and routes for the Mobile Service Technician team
- Ensure mobile service vans are properly stocked, maintained, and ready for daily use
- Work closely with technicians to resolve scheduling or logistical issues
- Track parts usage and coordinate restocking for the mobile vans
Qualifications:- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and scheduling software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
