Travel Echo Tech jobs in MN let you perform echocardiograms, review patient medical histories, and educate patients and families about procedures. You prepare equipment, analyze results, and summarize findings for physicians, with opportunities to assist in more complex ultrasounds if you have additional certifications or experience. Recommended qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree in cardiovascular technology, completion of a medical sonography program accredited by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography, and ongoing education to maintain certification. Minnesota may require a specific license to practice, and at least 2 years of on-the-job experience is recommended.
