We're a FedEx Ground contractor serving the Hampton Roads area. We offer weekly pay, paid training, and a real path from seasonal to permanent. No CDL required.

The Job

You'll operate a company-provided box truck to deliver packages to homes and businesses on your assigned route. Expect 120–150 stops per day, GPS-guided navigation, and a start time of 8:30 AM. The work is physical — you'll be in and out of the truck all day, lifting and moving packages up to 150 lbs. If that doesn't scare you, you'll fit right in.

Routes run 5 days a week with a weekend day off. This is a hands-on, independent role — you're the face of the operation at every door.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — No CDL required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs; frequent bending, lifting, and maneuvering in and out of delivery vehicle
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Prior delivery experience a plus — but not required
