Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time NOC Shifts Hayward Gardens Post Acute Join Our 5-Star Care Team! Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We are seeking energetic, dependable, and compassionate CNAs to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents in both our long-term care and short-term rehabilitation settings. Position Details * Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) * Employment Type: Full-Time * Shifts Available: NOC * Starting Pay: $24 per hour, depending on experience Why Join Hayward Gardens Post Acute? * Competitive Pay: Starting at $24/hour, DOE * Full-Time Benefits: Medical and dental coverage available * Paid Time Off: Generous PTO for eligible employees * Career Growth: Ongoing training and professional development opportunities * Supportive Leadership: Work alongside an experienced and supportive nursing leadership team * Positive Work Environment: Join a collaborative team focused on quality resident care * 5-Star Facility: Be part of a team committed to maintaining a high standard of care What You'll Do * Provide compassionate, person-centered daily nursing care according to each resident's care plan and individual needs. * Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. * Take and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff. * Assist with transfers, repositioning, and maintaining resident safety. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation. * Promote residents' dignity, independence, privacy, and comfort. * Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team. * Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards. * Work collaboratively with licensed nursing staff to provide high-quality care to both long-term residents and short-term rehabilitation patients. Qualifications * Required: Valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. * Previous CNA experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is preferred. * New CNAs are welcome to apply!
