The Recruiter is responsible for driving a high-volume caregiver hiring pipeline in a fast-paced home care environment. This role owns the full candidate lifecycle, from initial outreach through onboarding, ensuring speed, consistency, and a strong conversion rate from application to active hire. The Recruiter is expected to proactively build a pipeline, maintain continuous candidate engagement, and eliminate delays that impact staffing. This position plays a direct role in meeting daily hiring targets, supporting case coverage, and scaling a new and expanding office. Success in this role requires urgency, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.

Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
Experience: 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience preferred. Experience in healthcare or home care recruiting is a plus. Proven ability to manage a candidate pipeline and move applicants through onboarding. Strong follow-up, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with job platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar tools preferred.
