Fast-paced, collaborative environment with field interaction and administrative responsibilities. $55,000$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating field service activities to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on project requirements and availability. Communicate with clients regarding service appointments and follow-ups. Track project timelines, parts, and documentation using internal systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any delays or escalations. Maintain accurate records and generate service reports.
2+ years of experience in field service coordination, project coordination, or a similar administrative support role. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in scheduling software and MS Office. Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment. High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
