What You’ll Do (Your Daily Impact)
• Partner with lead teachers to deliver engaging, student-focused instruction
• Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to accelerate learning
• Champion inclusive practices that support diverse learners
• Help create a positive, structured, and high-energy classroom environment
• Reinforce academic concepts using creative and adaptive strategies
• Support students’ social-emotional growth and confidence
• Prepare learning materials and contribute to lesson execution
• Actively monitor progress and celebrate student achievements

Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree or higher required or 60 college credits or an active paraprofessional certification
• Prior experience in education, childcare, or youth programs is a plus
