  • Overview We are hiring Customer Support / Success professionals with experience in customer support, service delivery, or customer success roles. In this role, you will review, assess, and provide structured feedback on your domain-specific documents, ensuring quality, accuracy, and relevance. This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong analytical skills and domain expertise to contribute to high-impact evaluation projects.
