Licensed Practical / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) | Other
Location: Central New Hampshire, NH
Agency: All Medical Personnel
Pay: $1,430 to $1,589 per week
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP

About the Position

Specialty: LVN/LPN – Rehab/LTC Setting

Job Description

  • Responsible for providing nursing care to patients in support of and as directed by the physician.
  • Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
  • Observe, conduct, and document assessment of patient’s medical status during course of care and/or treatment.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with Practice policies and procedures.
  • May be responsible for performing administrative duties and rotating as a triage nurse.

Qualifications and Job Info

  • 1-2 years of recent experience
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS - preferred
  • Active state license
