Notre Dame Health Care Center, Inc. (NDHCC) is an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation founded by the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur (SNDdeN) in 1990. Deeply rooted in the heritage and legacy of the SNDdeN’s, we are committed to the physical, spiritual, and emotional care and well-being of our residents and patients. Located off the shores of Lake Quinsigamond within the woods of the Worcester Land Trust, our locally recognized du Lac Assisted Living Residence seeks an experienced “hands-on” team player to inspire and lead managers and staff, provide strategic development, and apply effective fiscal management practices as we continue our nearly 30-year legacy of providing high quality compassionate care to the greater Central Massachusetts community.
