Hospitality Event Staff – Upscale Winery Events

Flexible Work | Supplemental Income Opportunities

AtWork is currently hiring reliable hospitality professionals to support upscale winery and event venues throughout the area. If you enjoy working events, providing great guest experiences, and want flexible opportunities to earn supplemental income, we would love to connect with you.

We are seeking experienced team members for a variety of event-based hospitality roles, including:

Dishwasher – $19–$20/hr
~Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
~Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
~Keep kitchen and dish areas clean, organized, and up to health standards
~Support kitchen staff by ensuring a steady flow of clean items during service

Busser – $19–$21/hr (+tips)
Support servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently
~Assist with water service, table upkeep, and overall guest experience
~Maintain cleanliness of dining areas throughout service
~Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications

  • 1 year of hospitality or event service experience preferred
  • Experience in roles such as dishwasher, busser, or food runner
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events

Certifications Required

Candidates must have valid certifications, including:

  • Food Handler Certification
  • or ServSafe

Bonus Opportunities

Candidates who also have additional hospitality or event skills may have opportunities to be placed on other assignments through our agency, providing additional work opportunities.
