Production Funding Associate
Location DFW Area | Hybrid
Compensation & Schedule
• $18.00/hour
• Start Date: End of April / Early May
• Monday–Saturday availability required (6:00 AM – 9:00 PM; schedule assigned)
• Temp to Hire
ROLE IMPACT
As a Funding Associate, you’ll play a critical role in finalizing auto deals by ensuring contracts are accurate, compliant, and funded efficiently. Your work directly impacts dealership operations and customer satisfaction by keeping the funding pipeline moving without delays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and validate retail and lease contracts for accuracy and compliance
• Book and fund deals in accordance with internal policies and procedures
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues quickly to avoid funding delays
• Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless customer experience
• Adapt to changing policies, regulations, and workflow priorities
WHAT YOU BRING
• Background in auto finance preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data review
• Comfortable working with numbers and basic calculations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply feedback quickly
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
