Tokio Marine HCC offers a competitive salary and a generous employee benefit package that includes among other benefits, subsidized medical, prescription, dental, vision and basic life and disability insurance, employee assistance program, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan with Company matching contributions and educational/loan assistance. Subject to local and state laws governing the accrual of paid time off (PTO), Employees will receive 20 days of PTO, prorated for the current year based on date of hire. Employees annually receive approximately 11 paid holidays, one paid volunteer day, and up to two paid floating holidays.

The Sales & Marketing Specialist supports B2B lead generation, nurtures customer relationships, and helps drive brand visibility. This role bridges sales outreach with marketing initiatives to help grow our customer base and strengthen market presence. This hybrid (3 days in office) role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and helping bring marketing ideas to life. You'll help identify new customers, support sales conversations, and assist in executing creative marketing campaigns that fuel company growth.
