What You’ll Do
- Engaging with customers and dedicating quality time to understand their needs and preferences.
- Engage with customers by offering expert guidance on vehicle options, features, and benefits to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist customers by completing accurate and timely sales quotes, providing clear explanations of financial options, and presenting tailored lease alternatives to meet their needs.
- Professionally answer incoming phone calls and promptly responding to internet leads through our CRM system, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient communication.
- Customer follow-up utilizing phone calls, internet communications, and other advanced dealership technologies to maintain strong client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ongoing training, extensive product knowledge, and a strong commitment to becoming a sales expert within the industry.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of vehicles and the advanced technology integrated into each model.
- Conducts test drives with customers to effectively demonstrate the vehicle's features and capabilities.
- Identifying and engaging potential new leads to expand the customer base
What We’re Looking For
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the high standards of Tom Bush Volkswagen and creates a positive impression with customers.
- Availability to work retail hours, including Saturdays, with Sundays off.
- The ability to stay well-organized and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a background and drug screening.
- Outgoing individual with a natural talent for building and nurturing relationships, often described as a true "people person."
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Who You Will Be Reporting To
You will report directly to Volkswagen General Manager, Jim Reynolds, working closely together to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences at Tom Bush Volkswagen.
