Cobalt Benefits Group (CBG) is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support the successful onboarding of new clients onto our self-funded benefit platforms. In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and internal operational teams to ensure a smooth, accurate, and timely implementation experience for our clients. This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented position that blends project coordination, client communication, and process execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple timelines, working cross-functionally, and engaging directly with client stakeholders. This role is eligible for hybrid or fully remote work, depending on candidate location and business needs.
