Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of four focused on building a strong, community-centered business. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 15 years in a corporate environment. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted to be more involved in the community and have the opportunity to help a wide range of people in a meaningful way.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Paul Lanari - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
