AI-Native Firm | Finance, Venture, Financial Services
Our client is an AI-native firm operating at the intersection of finance, venture capital, and financial services. They are hiring a Founding Finance & BizOps Lead to build and own the finance and operations function from the ground up.
This is a foundational, high-ownership role for someone who wants to operate like a true builder—designing systems, shaping strategy, and working directly with experienced founders to scale an AI-first organization.
If you're coming from consulting, investment banking, or strategic finance and want to move into a 0→1 build environment, this role offers immediate responsibility and long-term upside.
Build Finance & Ops from 0→1
Design and implement the core financial and operational infrastructure of the company from first principles.
Lead High-Impact Initiatives End-to-End
Own critical Finance and BizOps projects across planning, execution, and iteration—without heavy oversight.
Create Scalable Systems Using AI Tools
Build internal workflows and tools using AI coding assistants and low-code platforms to increase speed and leverage.
Partner with Engineering
Work closely with technical teams to refine, productionize, and scale the systems you build.
Drive Operational Excellence
Establish processes, reporting, and operating rhythms that support rapid growth and decision-making.
Operate as a Founding Team Member
Take full ownership from day one—helping shape not just systems, but culture, expectations, and how the company scales.
This is not a traditional finance role. You'll be operating at the intersection of finance, operations, and AI, building the internal systems that define how the company runs.
