Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in a robust production manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in process improvement and a keen ability to work collaboratively across various engineering disciplines.

Work Environment
This role involves a blend of working on the production floor (40-50%), participating in meetings with the NJ team (10-15%), addressing installation issues (15%), and engaging in PFMEA meetings, fixture design, and process improvements. The environment values strong family ties and has a notable tenure and retention rate across the company.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr.
