Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale transformation program involving the migration from IBM TRIRIGA to Nakisa. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, real estate and workplace teams, solution architects, and implementation partners to define business requirements, document future-state processes, support data migration activities, and ensure successful adoption of the Nakisa platform.
The candidate must possess strong business analysis skills, experience in enterprise transformation initiatives, and a solid understanding of Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Workplace Management, Lease Administration, Space Management, or Facilities Management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders across Real Estate, Workplace Services, Facilities, Finance, and IT.
Analyze current-state TRIRIGA business processes and define future-state workflows in Nakisa.
Document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, process maps, and use cases.
Conduct gap analysis between TRIRIGA capabilities and Nakisa functionalities and recommend process improvements.
Define and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with solution architects and implementation teams to configure Nakisa solutions aligned with business objectives.
Support data migration activities including data profiling, business validation, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, and user sign-off.
Work closely with data, integration, and testing teams to validate end-to-end business processes.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business stakeholder sign-offs.
Drive change management and user adoption activities, including training material preparation and stakeholder communications.
Support cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, and hypercare activities.
Identify risks, dependencies, and process impacts associated with the transformation program.

Prior experience with IBM TRIRIGA.
Experience implementing or supporting Nakisa IWMS/Lease Administration solutions.
Experience in Workplace, Facilities, Real Estate, or Asset Management domains.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
Experience working in global transformation programs involving multiple business units.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Real Estate Management, or related field.
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification preferred.
