This program, titled “Protecting U.S. Critical Energy Investments Through C‑UAS and UAS Surveillance Capabilities in Iraq,” will deliver concrete returns for American taxpayers by safeguarding U.S. commercial investments in Iraq’s energy sector and reducing threats to American personnel from Iran and Iran-Aligned Militia Groups (IAMGs).

Position Summary:

The Instructional Design & Curriculum Advisor leads the design, development, and refinement of training curricula and learning materials for C‑UAS and UAS surveillance activities. • Support development of assessment tools, pre‑/post‑tests, and training evaluations.
  • Incorporate feedback from CT, U.S. Mission Iraq (USMI), and participants into iterative curriculum improvements.
  • Contribute to sustainability planning by aligning training with Iraqi law enforcement curricula.

  • Advanced instructional design and curriculum development expertise.
  • Strong collaboration skills with technical and operational experts.
