We are looking for a Director of Product Management - U.S. Market Access. In this role, you will lead the delivery of our Market Access solutions for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. You will shape and execute product strategy that transforms complex payer and PBM dynamics-coverage policies, formulary placement, utilization management, and lives data-into clear, actionable intelligence for our customers.
You will partner closely with crossfunctional teams to define priorities, drive execution, and ensure our products deliver measurable commercial impact for both our clients and Clarivate. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology to bring new ideas to life, guide enhancements, and support successful go-to-market activity.

This team supports the Managed Markets portfolio of products within Clarivate. The team's portfolio is tailored, but not limited to, Pharma, PBMs, Health Plans, 3rd party Healthcare analytic companies, and supporting information to internal product lines. The team currently has 15 people on it, consisting of: Product Owners and Product Managers.
The expected base salary for this position is $156,000 - $195,000 USD per year. This role is eligible for annual bonus earnings. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
