As a Fpa Business Unit Controller you will be primarily responsible for managing the business partnering relationships for the R&D business units including their annual budgets and quarterly forecast updates and actual performance. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial processes and complex transaction flows with a desire to grow and contribute in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This role must communicate and organize tasks well to be effective.

Salary range is $160,000 to $200,000 depending on experience, level, and business need. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.
