Welcome! We’re thrilled that you found us!

Assisting Hands Home Care is looking for proactive and compassionate caregivers. We are a growing home care agency expanding our team as we welcome new clients. This position is the perfect opportunity for people looking for extra income to supplement their current job.

If you don’t have much experience, you’re still welcome here! We offer thorough, paid training for all caregivers. There are many opportunities to grow here, and we want you to take advantage of it!

We do not guarantee hours. However, if you are dependable and hardworking, you will always have work with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit seniors in their homes and assist with daily activities (nutrition, exercise, housekeeping, etc)
  • Follow the personalized plan of care set by the agency director
  • Drive to all scheduled sessions on-time and ready to go
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when communicating with clients and the office
  • Record and communicate session notes
  • Establish rapport and connection with clients and their families
Our caregivers deserve just as much consistency and respect as our clients do. We love our caregivers, and we want to show it! Qualifications:
  • Negative TB test (not needed before interviewing)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ideal candidates are flexible and open to picking up shifts as cases are assigned
Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
