Electrical Quality Assurance Manager

$150,000 - $170,000 + Progression + Bonuses + Full Benefits Package + 401k + Unlimited PTO + Full Re-Location Assistance

Augusta, Georgia commutable from Aiken, Pinetucky, Hephzibah, Goshen, Woodbridge, Belvedere

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a critical role on major data center and complex construction projects while joining a highly respected organization known for its long-term stability, internal mobility, and industry-leading development programs.

This company are a leading specialty electrical company in the United States that are renowned for the variety of large and complex electrical projects they work on. They have a strong reputation for looking after their employees and are growing significantly.

On offer is the chance to oversee project quality, commissioning activities, documentation, and on-site technical performance for large-scale mission-critical builds. You will support the electrical delivery lifecycle, from reading drawings and wire pulls through to commissioning, testing, and documentation, while leading a team of technicians and Foremen.

This role would suit a quality or commissioning professional with strong commercial or industrial construction experience who is ready to step up into a leadership role and take ownership of quality and commissioning of the most exciting projects in the region with further opportunity to progress long-term into an executive role.

The Role:

  • Manage quality and commissioning activities on electrical scope
  • Read and interpret drawings, prints, and technical documentation
  • Lead and coordinate a team of techs and Foremen
The Candidate:
  • Quality / Commissioning / Energy Marshal experience
  • Background with relevant software
  • Electrical background
