Job responsibilities
* Dig deep to understand our customers, their challenges, and opportunities to make them more successful.
* Directly contribute to business outcomes through your work
* Own your design process end to end.
* Create, collaborate, and iterate on designs, flows, and prototype.
* Work closely with our product owners, front-end engineers, and other partners to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
* Use and evolve our internal design system.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Minimum 6 years of work experience as a product designer shipping products and delivering customer value.
* Have a passion for tackling complex user problems and shaping
* them into powerful/simple outcome.
* Enjoy spending time understanding users and their problem.
* Have strong visual and interaction skill.
* Have effective written and verbal communication skill.
* Fluent in Figma best practice
* Ideally, have prior experience in the following areas: eCommerce, checkout, financial product.
* Experience working with Design Systems and accessibility.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
* Exposure to cloud technologies
