Title: Implementation Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with customer service and ticketing systems, including Five9, Genesys, Qualtrics, Medallion, and NICE. This role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing these tools to ensure seamless operations and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Five9, Genesys, Qualtrics, Medallion, and NICE ticketing systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, user access, and integration with other platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements and enhancements.
  • Train end-users on system functionality, best practices, and new features.
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure system security and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Document all technical processes, solutions, and updates for future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in supported ticketing systems to ensure optimal performance and usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Five9, Genesys, Qualtrics, Medallion, and NICE.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Documentation: Strong documentation skills for creating user guides, troubleshooting steps, and technical notes.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficient in analyzing system performance metrics and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with customer service workflows and CRM tools is a plus.
