Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Core Technical & Delivery Skills
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall models
• Hands-on experience working with engineering teams (backend, frontend, QA, DevOps) to drive technical deliverables
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical work items, epics, and user stories
• Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flows, and integrations
• Experience tracking and managing dependencies, risks, and technical constraints across programs
Program & Project Management Skills
• Proven experience in end-to-end program delivery with multiple workstreams
• Strong expertise in planning, estimation, milestone tracking, and status reporting
• Ability to manage cross functional teams across onshore/offshore and nearshore models
• Experience handling RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) effectively
• Skilled in stakeholder management, including senior leadership and client partners
Tools & Reporting
• Hands-on experience with program management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
• Strong command of Excel / PowerPoint for executive dashboards, metrics, and governance reporting
• Ability to prepare weekly/monthly status reports, executive summaries, and steering committee updates
Functional / Domain Skills (Highly Preferred BFSI Context)
• Experience in Banking / Financial Services programs (payments, lending, asset finance, risk, data platforms, etc.)
• Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and audit driven environments
• Exposure to vendor management, RGS/GRS processes, and client screening models•
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead endtoend delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
2. Work closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables.
3. Plan, track, and manage program milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams.
4. Drive Agile execution by managing backlogs, sprint plans, release schedules, and crossteam coordination.
5. Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, governance standards, and compliance requirements, especially in regulated environments.
6. Prepare and present regular program status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders and leadership.
7. Proactively identify and mitig ate technical, operational, and delivery risks impacting program outcomes.
8. Coordinate with onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery execution.
9. Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear visibility into progress, challenges, and resolution plans.
10. Support continuous improvement initiatives by driving process optimization, delivery efficiency, and best practices adoption.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year
