Our client seeks a product-focused iOS Mobile Developer to deliver stable, resilient native applications using Swift and modern iOS patterns. The role will build compelling user interfaces, integrate RESTful services, and apply software engineering best practices in an agile environment. You will collaborate with a fast-paced mobile team that values clean architecture, code reviews, and continuous learning to support mobile-first strategies for millions of users.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60.00 to $70.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop native iOS features and user interfaces aligned with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.

• Apply clean architecture and established iOS design patterns to build scalable, maintainable code.

• Integrate and consume RESTful web services using Apple-provided protocols where applicable.

• Participate in code reviews, pull requests, and pair programming to maintain code quality.

• Leverage trunk-based development, feature toggles, and branch by abstraction to support iterative delivery.

• Collaborate with peers in technical and design discussions to drive product-focused outcomes.

• Contribute to performant, stable, and resilient mobile applications used by a large customer base.

Experience Requirements:

• Native iOS development experience with Swift, Objective-C, Cocoa Touch, UIKit, and Xcode in an agile environment.

• Fluency in Swift using object-oriented and functional programming paradigms.

• Experience with reactive patterns using Combine or RxSwift.

• Knowledge of iOS architecture patterns including Clean Architecture and MVC; experience with MVVM, VIPER, and SwiftUI is a plus.

• Background in computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms with adherence to software engineering best practices.

• Experience consuming RESTful web services, preferably with Apple-provided protocols.

• Experience working in a collaborative iOS team with code reviews, pull requests, and pair programming.

• Ability to articulate prior project work clearly and explain technical decisions.

• IONIC (preferred).
