Compensation: $175,000 to $235,000+ Depending on Experience. Annual Bonus in the 15% to 20% range

The Vice President of Pharmacy Services is responsible for advancing clinical excellence, ensuring regulatory readiness, and driving cost-containment initiatives. The role also partners with executive leadership to analyze pharmacy utilization patterns, optimize purchasing strategies, and implement business models that improve patient care and financial performance.
