Processing Clerk
Location: Cedar Park, TX 78613
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime opportunities may be available)
Hourly Rate: $19 per hour

Integrity Trade Services is seeking a Processing Clerk for a professional office-based opportunity in Cedar Park, TX. This role is ideal for someone with strong data entry, administrative, or logistics support experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with internal systems, documentation, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Processing Clerk Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and log incoming customer equipment for damage and accuracy
  • Enter and manage customer requests in the company's ERP system
  • Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and closure of service requests
  • Process data accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, customer service, sales, etc.) to resolve issues
  • Support shipping and receiving activities as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and organized documentation
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment
Processing Clerk Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or processing role
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
