What You Will Do

As a Client Services Manager, you'll own the success of a portfolio of fast-growing CPG brandsensuring seamless execution and a white glove approach across fulfillment, logistics, and client experience. You'll act as the bridge between our clients and our operations team, driving both day-to-day excellence and long-term growth opportunities.

You're proactive, resourceful, and love solving problems before they become problems. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to balance relationship-building with operational execution.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary range of $65,000 - 85,000 (final salary commensurate with experience) + annual bonus tied to company performance and client success
  • Health benefits after 90 days of employment
  • 2 weeks PTO (accrues immediately after training.) Some blackout dates during Q4 peak season (we're busy, but it's worth it!)
  • Cell phone stipend ($25 per paycheck)
  • Express Toll Pass after 90 days of employment for ease of commuting
  • Company laptop and equipment provided
