Sourcing Manager III (Onsite)
Location: Onsite - required daily - Bellevue, Wa Headquarters
Role Overview
The Supply Chain Planner supports enterprise supply forecasting and execution to meet sales channel demand. This role partners closely with internal teams-including Demand Planning, Inventory Planning & Procurement, Allocation Planning, Logistics, and Sales Channel partners-to ensure supply availability, strong data integrity, and proactive risk management in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support supply planning activities aligned to enterprise strategy and demand forecasts.
- Analyze and manage open purchase orders to ensure accuracy, system integrity, and ontime delivery.
- Identify supply risks, exceptions, and gaps; partner with Supply Chain Managers to resolve issues.
- Track and report on supply planning KPIs (e.g., weeks of supply, ontime delivery).
- Maintain data integrity across MRP and ERP systems.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to recommend solutions related to lifecycle planning, vendor constraints, or excess inventory.
- Provide clear supply status updates and issue summaries to peers and leadership.
- Resolve PO and ASN issues in partnership with Logistics.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in supply planning or purchasing.
- Strong understanding of supply chain systems, processes, and upstream/downstream impacts.
- Practical knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (including macros/VBA).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC or Oracle preferred).
- MRP system experience; o9 or SAP preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting highvolume, fastmoving supply chains.
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems quickly.
- Experience working closely with procurement, vendor management, and logistics teams.
