Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- Answer and route phone calls, manage voicemail, handle incoming mail, and support basic phone system checks
- Complete checklists and audit documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate and support company meetings, vendor visits, and internal events, including setup and cleanup
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling assistance, expense reports, errands, and general task support
- Review hourly employee timecards daily to ensure accurate clockins, clockouts, and breaks; correct missing or incorrect entries
- Maintain employee records, ensuring required personal and emergency information is complete
- Support onboarding and offboarding through clerical and documentation tasks
- Track completion of employment agreements, handbook acknowledgements, system training, and required safety certifications
- Assist with schedule coordination in partnership with shop and logistics teams
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications: - Experience in an administrative or team support role
- Comfortable with data entry, document review, and checklistdriven work
- Familiarity with Zoho or similar systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, adaptable, and willing to support a variety of administrative needs
Job Details: - Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Employment Type: Contract to hire
- Compensation: $25-30/hr.
