The Controller is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations within Talley Construction. This role ensures the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with internal controls and external regulations, and provides strategic financial guidance to support business objectives. The Controller leads a team of finance professionals and collaborates closely with operational leaders to drive performance, manage risk, and support growth initiatives. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong technical accounting expertise, business acumen, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively across all levels of the organization.
Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required. Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
