Full Stack .Net Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC / Iselin, NJ (Hybrid 3x per week onsite)

Role Overview
We are seeking a developer with hands-on experience in both backend and frontend components to contribute to building a Sonar-based code quality application within an enterprise environment. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining services and applications using a modern stack of .NET, Angular, and SQL Server. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance application functionality, write clean and testable code, and support CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET.
- Modernize legacy .NET Framework applications where feasible.
- Maintain and enhance application functionality.
- Implement integrations with SQL databases.
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests.
- Conduct peer code reviews and follow secure coding standards and SDLC processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and assist with incident root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with DevOps/SRE teams for CI/CD deployment and environment readiness.
- Follow established processes for change, incident, and problem management.
Required Qualifications
Experience: - Hands-on development experience with .NET/Angular.
- Proficiency with SQL Server.
- Proficiency with JavaScript; React experience is also transferable.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a technology infrastructure role, such as Database Administrator (DBA), Windows or Unix/Linux Administrator, Storage Administrator, Messaging Administrator, or Network Administrator.
- Experience with modern development tools and practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Past experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or DevOps role.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay rate for this position is between $58.00/hour and $62.00/hour on W2. This is a contract position with a duration of 12-24 months. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on a candidate's experience, qualifications, and other factors.
