OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers

Location: 41 E. Northern Stacks Dr., Fridley, MN 55421

Pay: $19.80

Shift: 7 Day Operation; 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM

Many shift options available:

Option 1: Saturday through Wednesday
Shift start times will be around 1:00 AM, shift end time is about 5:00 AM.

Option 2: Sunday through Thursday
Shift start times will be around 1:00 AM, shift end time is about 5:00 AM.

Option 3: Monday through Friday
Shift start times will be around 1:00 AM, shift end time is about 5:00 AM.

Option 4: Saturday and Tuesday through Friday
Shift start times will be around 1:00 AM, shift end time is about 5:00 AM.

Option 5: Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Shift start times will be around 1:00 AM, shift end time is about 5:00 AM.

Option 6: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday
Shift start times will be around 1:00 AM, shift end time is about 5:00 AM.

Option 7: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday
Shift start times will be around 1:00 AM, shift end time is about 5:00 AM.

Days/Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business.

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.

The Must-Haves:
  • Ability to stay on your feet while working
  • Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
