New Horizons Baking Company has been in operation since 1967. We produce ready to eat Hamburger Buns and English Muffins for some of the most iconic brands. We currently serve over 2,000 quick service restaurants across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan and Western Pennsylvania as well as national retail and sandwich makers! The Quality Systems Manager is responsible for leading food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance programs at New Horizons Baking Company. This role oversees Quality Assurance department functions, ensuring compliance with GFSI standards, regulatory requirements, and internal food safety and quality systems. As a key member of the site leadership team, this position drives continuous improvement in food safety, sanitation, and quality performance and serves as the GFSI Compliance Lead and HACCP Team Leader for the facility.
