Mandatory skills: JIRA, Cloud, ScriptRunner, JavaScript/TypeScript, Jira Expressions, and SIL, Postgres SQL., GitLab, Jira Service Management
Job description: We need more a Jira developer with experience in both Server/Data Center and Cloud and has worked a migration to Cloud. Heavy involvement in ScriptRunner, JavaScript/TypeScript, Jira Expressions, and SIL would be important. This role involves working closely with various teams to understand their requirements and provide solutions that enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira configurations and performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. • Maintain documentation for Jira configurations, customizations, and integrations. • Stay updated with the latest Jira features and updates to leverage new functionalities. • Execute JIRA and Confluence cloud migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to users. • Worked on migration strategies and timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions. • Perform data migration and validation to ensure data integrity and consistency post-migration. • Provide training and support to users on new cloud features and functionalities. • Implement and manage cloud-based solutions for Jira and Confluence to enhance scalability and performance. • Ensure compliance with cloud security best practices and regulatory requirements • Proven experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) administration, configuration, and migration, especially in cloud environments. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: • Experience with other Atlassian tools (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket). • Experience with JIRA and Confluence cloud migration projects. • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
