Fund Development Coordinator

Essential Job Functions
- Cultivate relationships with a portfolio of corporate and individual donors.
- Oversee and execute the gift acknowledgment process to ensure every donor feels appropriately recognized and thanked.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for the Development team.
- Prepare for annual fund donor visits and meetings by assembling background materials and development documents.
- Monitor inventory of development materials.
- Support Development Operations in preparing donor impact reports and stewardship materials.
- Add all contact reports and meeting notes from development team members and volunteers to the database
- Create notes and Action Steps after key meetings.
- Coordinate and manage all development mailings.
- Provide logistical support for the annual gala and other events.
Preparation, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a non-profit organization
- Superb attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong writing skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and problem-solve
- Expected to work independently, proactively, and as a collaborative member of the development team
- Experience with database systems required; Salesforce preferred
- Excellent technology skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and data security
- A desire to grow into a successful fundraiser
