Are you ready to lead compliance efforts at a top-tier financial institution? Our client, a leading banking entity, is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to manage regulatory compliance across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations, maintaining a strong consumer compliance program, and guiding the bank through regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee bank-wide compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Develop and maintain effective consumer compliance programs
- Provide expert counsel on regulatory changes and corrective actions
- Lead compliance training initiatives and support Deposit and Loan Training Coordinators
- Conduct compliance monitoring in high-risk areas and audit follow-ups
- Serve as liaison during regulatory examinations and audits
- Review and approve policies, procedures, marketing materials, and social media content for compliance
- Manage the online compliance training platform and annual employee curriculum

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience

GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BANKING STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Minimum 3 years regulatory compliance experience, including 2 years in consumer lending compliance
- CRCM certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal and state consumer compliance laws
- Preferred: Familiarity with Fair Lending or CRA regulations, BSA, AML, KYC
